All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you are Pre ordering an item it will be sent once we receive it into stock and after the release date.

We use Australia Post for majority of our orders, if you happen to be rural there is a chance it might be one of our other partners such as TNT or Sendle.
